start_chung small launcher in Liberty Basic

start_chung is a small launcher i have written in Liberty Basic v4.03

>> edit buttons and launch applications on one click then auto exit
>> may open any files including Liberty Basic runtime .exe files
>> usefull to lighten your windows/desktop
>> make as much copies as wanted in differents folders
>> one shortcut on your windows/desktop can launch 24 files
